Dayton Pulse is creating a “sub pool” for players that are interested in playing basketball but can not commit fully to the current season.

The way it works is when we have a team that is short on players for a game, we will go to the “sub pool” and see if anyone is interested or available for that game. We would base it off of position needed for that specific game and discuss opportunities moving forward.

Kids these days are multi sport athletes and parents are stretched thinner than ever. Creating this “sub pool” gives us an organized structure to make sure teams have enough players for each game while also incorporating other players that don’t have the freedom to play for the whole season.
